Albert Kaan is an artist working across a wide range of forms, including sculpture, installation, drawing, photography, video, and performance.
His work has been presented locally and internationally in multiple contexts, with an emphasis on public space projects. His practice is based on transforming the artist’s personal space into a playground, which he shares with the audience. Born in Romania a few years after the fall of the communist regime, he currently lives and works in Bucharest and the rural area of Gulia.
