For the first time in France, an exceptional concert by Romania’s flagship group: Subcarpați. Hailing from Bucharest, the band boldly fuses hip-hop beats, traditional Romanian melodies, and the raw energy of underground folklore. Founded in 2010 by producer and artist Marius Alexe, aka MC Bean, the group has become the nucleus of a vibrant artistic community. Together, artists from different regions and disciplines—musicians, visual artists, and videographers—explore the richness of their cultural roots and shape a unique aesthetic anchored between past and present. Inspired by the magnetic beauty of their home region, they have created a growing musical movement blending contemporary and traditional sounds.
