Children’s literature / musical reading — STORYTIME

Reading for all ages: Le Maître du jardin, by Danielle Dalloz and Damien Schoëvaërt-Brossault (Kaléidoscope) and Anahid, a traditional Armenian tale.
Accompanied by the sound of Ruben Kniasian’s duduk, Marie Barguirdjian invites us to dive into the legend of the Anmahakan rosebush, whose miraculous flower allows the master of the gardens to achieve eternal youth. She will also introduce us to Anahid, the young peasant who refuses to marry a prince unless he agrees to learn a craft. An author, musician, and art historian, Marie Barguirdjian is dedicated to promoting children’s literature through her creative workshops, lectures, and storytelling hours. Ruben Kniasian, born in Buenos Aires, grew up with traditional Armenian music and specializes in duduk and shevi.

Free admission, subject to availability.
